Admission arrangements

Admission arrangements set out how a school will give places to children.

This includes the school's oversubscription criteria - a set of rules used to decide who to give a school place to if they get more applications than the number of places they have. Each school has its own criteria.

Medway Council decides on the full co-ordinated admission schemes for primary and secondary entry to school. Some Medway schools and academies are responsible for setting their own admission arrangements.
